Founded in 1979, Pune Based Uma Precision is the market leader in manufacturing precision assemblies, systems, machines and press parts for OEMs. Diversified, Uma alßso features a branded retail chain for coil foam mattresses for automotive and private use. The company boasts over $20M top line revenue and one of the most profitable operations in India. The Company is nearing its IPO on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Jina Ventures and H&M invested originally invested in Uma in September 2005, with a follow-on investment in July 2006. Jina Ventures exited its investment in Uma in 2007. |

Based in Vijaywada, Liners India Limited is one of India’s largest manufacturers of Centrifugal Cast Liners for I.C. Engine Applications, a $1 Billion industry in India and $40 Billion industry worldwide. The company features over 400 employees, $10M in hard assets and a $3M back log of orders for premium liners. Its clients include international giants John Deere and Triumph and Indian giants TATA and Mahindra. Management is industry leaders in quality control management. Liners is currently a private limited company with an IPO planned for early 2008. Jina/H&M invested in December 2005. Jina Ventures partially exited its investment in Liners India in December 2009. |

The Company’s strength lies in their wide range of forgings products like flanges, fittings, forge valve to automobile spares etc. The Company has achieved remarkable growth in exports, with major customers across the top 10 automobile companies. Jina Ventures exited its investment in Shree Ganesh Forgings in 2008. |

Listed on the BSE, KEI industries limited is an established player in the power cable segment and among the largest cable manufacturing companies in India. KEI industries limited manufactures high and low tension cables, control and instrumentation cables, house wires and stainless steel wires, and high-technology specialty cables. Jina exited the PIPE investment in 2006. |

Founded in 2002, Bangalore based UPT is the leading privately held transformer manufacturer in India. Serving the power industry in India and international markets with a fully integrated solution to power distribution, UPT has the highest profit margin of any company in its industry. Management includes former CEOs from the Kirloskar Group, one of the most prominent industrial groups in India. UPT is positioned to acquire several facilities in India & the US and will look to an IPO in India in late 2007. Jina/H&M invested in UPT in April 2006. Jina Ventures exited its investment in UPT in 2007. |
